Fellow Rotarians are asked to attend the YCDT Student Presentation on January 12 from 12:30-1:00 at the Harrisburg Regional Chamber, 3211 N. Front Street .  Students will reveal the community issue that they have selected to focus on with their fundraising and volunteer efforts.  Rotarians will be invited to financially support the students’ fundraising efforts by making a tax-deductible donation.  Most importantly, by attending this presentation, Rotarians are demonstrating to local students that they are part of a bigger community and by working together we can truly make an impact!  Space is limited, so please call or e-mail with your intentions to attend.  213-5022 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. President Carolyn brought the meeting to order at the Hilton as customary with singing, the Pledge of Allegiance and the invocation. Al Morrison provided piano accompaniment.

Dave Warren served double duty by introducing our guests and visiting Rotarians and conducting good news reporting.

Jeannette Archer-Simons gave a Rotary Minute on Rotary International Foundation’s clean water initiatives.

Bob Hostetter introduced our Holiday program featuring singing of the Harrisburg High School Tour Choir.

This was the last meeting for 2009. See you 1/4/10 for our next meeting.
